Ellie Goulding's Orchestral debut

Renowned UK pop songstress Ellie Goulding returns to North America this winter for a trio of shows in New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles, where she'll be making her orchestral debuts alongside the Wordless Music Orchestra, the San Francisco Symphony and the Los Angeles Philharmonic respectively, presenting a specially arranged performance of her new record, Higher Than Heaven, alongside other favorites.

Born in Hereford, UK in 1986, Goulding has come a long way since she broke onto the UK music scene as a guitar-playing folksy singer with her debut album Lights in 2010. Her sophomore effort 'Halycon Days' introduced the world to a whole new side of the singer, pairing her unmistakably wispy vocals with booming, layered, synthy epic pop, on tracks like Burn and Anything Could Happen.
